Before opening Bollywood Theater in Portland, OR, Chef Troy MaClarty ventured on a trip to India that included Kerala, Goa, Calcutta and Mumbai in order experience the food, people and culture of India first hand. We were lucky enough to not only join him in his travels, but also to watch and document the overwhelming success that he and the entire crew at Bollywood Theater have experienced in their first year of being open.
It is a restaurant filled with talented people, amazing food and a wonderful story. We are so happy to be involved.
